# Proofgate

Proofgate is an independent evidence verification and release-gate control plane.

## API
- GET /api/health
- GET /api/docs
- GET /api/v1/capabilities
- POST /api/v1/runs

Authentication: Bearer API key. Server credentials are never exposed to clients.

Verdicts fail closed: pass, fail, error, insufficient_evidence, cancelled. Only pass permits release.
